Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an experienced OTS Project Manager to lead pre-construction activities for EPC projects in the solar, storage, and substation sectors. This fully remote role involves coordinating budgets, schedules, and scope with design, procurement, and EPC Pre-Con teams.

You will set up projects in CMiC, manage handoffs to PMs, track SOWs, and support continuous process improvement, while ensuring compliant communication and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years project management experience, with exposure to multidisciplinary teams.
• 2+ years PV solar industry experience preferred.
• General knowledge of SCADA/OT systems design and commissioning is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee OTS EPC projects during pre-construction, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Maintain OTS Pre-Construction Tracker and coordinate with EPC Pre-Con teams.
• Set up projects in CMiC and generate related project artifacts.
• Collaborate with design and procurement teams to draft BOM and align with project schedules.
• Lead handoffs from Pre-Con to OTS PMs and track vendor subcontracts.
