Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an experienced project manager to lead the Pre-Con phase of OT/EPC projects for the renewable energy infrastructure. The role oversees scope, schedule, budget, and CMiC project setup, collaborating with design and procurement teams.

This fully remote position requires strong communication, budgeting, and scheduling expertise, with 4+ years in PM and 2+ years in PV solar preferred. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years project management experience with multiple projects.
• Minimum 2 years PV solar industry experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with schedule software (Oracle P6 and/or MS Project).
• Proficient with Office tools and data visualization (Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Oversee OTS EPC projects during pre-construction including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Maintain OTS Pre-Construction Tracker and lead handoffs to PMs.
• Act as main POC to EPC Pre-Con on all incoming projects.
• Collaborate with design/procurement to draft BOM and manage subcontracting.
• Participate in financial/month-end project reporting.
