Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a remote Project Manager for OTS Pre-Construction to move awarded EPC projects through pre-construction and set up in CMiC. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and coordinate with design, procurement, and EPC teams to finalize budgets and hand off to execution.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in project management, PV solar industry experience, and strong communication and scheduling software skills (Oracle P6, MS Project). This role is fully remote within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years project management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years PV solar industry experience.
• Knowledge of SCADA/OT design, setup and support is a plus.
• Experience with project budgeting and cost control.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee OTS EPC projects during the pre-construction phase, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Maintain OTS Pre-Construction Tracker and act as main POC to EPC Pre-Con.
• Attend BD to Pre-Con handoff calls and confirm initial budgets with stakeholders.
• Identify and manage cost changes during pre-construction.
• Generate project setup in CMiC and coordinate with design and procurement teams.
• Collaborate with EPC Pre-Con and other managers to assign resources and ensure schedules are updated.
