Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to guide OTS pre-construction for EPC projects in the renewable energy sector. This fully remote role focuses on scope, schedule, and budget management and coordinating with design, procurement, and project controls.

You will set up projects in CMiC, manage BOMs, and ensure smooth handoffs to PMs. The position requires 4+ years of project management, 2+ years in PV solar, and proficiency with P6 or MS Project and Power BI.

Qualifications

• 4+ years project management experience preferred, multiple projects in a multidisciplinary team.
• 2+ years PV solar industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of SCADA/OT system design, setup, commissioning and support desirable.
• Experience with renewables monitoring functions and designs.
• Strong communication and budgeting skills.
• Proficient with scheduling tools (Oracle P6 or MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Manage OTS EPC projects during pre-construction, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Maintain OTS Pre-Construction Tracker and project budgets.
• Be main POC to EPC Pre-Con for incoming projects.
• Attend BD to Pre-Con handoff calls and support project setup in CMiC.
• Collaborate with design and procurement teams to draft BOMs.
• Set up and host handoffs from OTS Pre-Con to OTS PMs.
