Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager for OTS Pre-Construction, focusing on moving awarded projects through pre-con processes and into CMiC setup. This role is fully remote with location details discussed during interview.

You will manage scope, schedule, budgets, and vendor subcontracts, collaborating across design, procurement and EPC teams to ensure accurate BOMs and seamless handoffs to PMs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of project management experience in multi-project environments.
• At least 2 years in PV solar or utility-scale projects preferred.
• Understanding of SCADA or OT system design, setup, and support is desirable.
• Strong budget management and cost-control capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage OTS EPC projects during pre-construction: scope, schedule, budget.
• Maintain OTS Pre-Construction Tracker and act as main POC to EPC Pre-Con.
• Attend BD to Pre-Con handoff calls and set up project budgets in CMiC.
• Collaborate with design, procurement and EPC teams on BOMs and schedules.
• Oversee vendor subcontracts and project resource assignment.
• Review and update project schedules and support month-end reporting.
• Facilitate thorough handoffs from Pre-Con to PMs and drive process improvements.
