• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Education, Communications, IT, Life Sciences or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in learning, training, instructional design, or related roles.
• Experience designing role-based training across instructor-led, virtual, self-paced formats.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and enablement strategies for Medidata and Certinia implementations and releases.
• Own the training approach in partnership with system owners and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain role-based learnings, job aids, and eLearning resources.
• Deliver global end-user training, train-the-trainer sessions, and communications.
• Coordinate with LMS teams to publish, version, and report training assets.
• Support adoption, remediation, and sustainment across enterprise platforms.
