Qualifications

• 5+ years directing or leading remote and in-person software training activities for a large, complex automated systems development or technology implementation project.
• 5+ years working with Child Support Programs and automated Child Support systems.
• 5+ years developing training plans, course outlines, and training materials based on system design documentation.
• 5+ years conducting training classes to support the implementation of new business processes and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain learning plans, schedules, outlines, and training materials.
• Lead design and development of software training for remote and in-person delivery.
• Create training content from design docs, requirements, processes, and new technology.
• Facilitate training to support implementation, adoption, and effective use of new tech.
• Provide senior-level learning guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Collaborate with change, project, and training teams to align strategies and materials.
• Coordinate learning activities across audiences and project phases.
• Identify learning needs with SMEs and reflect system functionality in content.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Plan and execute learning activities for large-scale technology implementations.
