Qualifications

• 7+ years managing LMS/LXP and learning tools.
• Docebo admin experience; certification preferred.
• Collaborate with IT, course owners, and vendors.
• Translate learner needs into practical tech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement LMS enhancements and integrations.
• Develop a learning tech roadmap for LMS platforms.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to deploy updates.
• Provide SME guidance on course design and learning pathways.
• Analyze reports to measure usage and effectiveness.
• Lead or support learning technology projects.
