Brown Brothers Harriman is seeking a Learning Systems Specialist to administer and optimize the organization's LMS and learning platforms in a hybrid role based in New York, Jersey City, or Boston.

You will act as a trusted consultant on learning technology, drive system enhancements, oversee content and analytics, and partner with Talent & Development to deliver high-quality learning experiences for employees worldwide.

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing LMS/LXP and learning tools.
• Docebo admin experience; certification preferred.
• Collaborate with IT, course owners, and vendors.
• Translate learner needs into practical tech solutions.

Responsabilités

• Identify and implement LMS enhancements and integrations.
• Develop a learning tech roadmap for LMS platforms.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to deploy updates.
• Provide SME guidance on course design and learning pathways.
• Analyze reports to measure usage and effectiveness.
• Lead or support learning technology projects.
