Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks an Organizational Learning Advisor to shape and implement the commercial learning strategy. You will build a foundational framework, develop role-based curricula, and design onboarding journeys to accelerate new-hire productivity.

You will deliver engaging training, collaborate with leaders, and measure ROI against ramp time, win rates, and proposal quality across a global, client-facing organization.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a related field and experience in L&D.
• Experience designing programs for client-facing professionals.
• Understanding CRO commercial model and drug development lifecycle.
• Ability to measure learning impact and link to business metrics.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the learning strategy for the commercial function, aligned to growth and client priorities.
• Build a foundational learning framework with roles, paths and content standards.
• Design onboarding journeys to shorten time to productivity for new hires.
• Create role-based curricula covering selling skills and knowledge areas.
• Deliver engaging trainings and workshops to diverse, global teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and LMS teams to measure ROI and impact.
