Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an Organizational Learning Advisor, Commercial, to lead the learning strategy for the commercial function. You will build a foundational framework, develop role-based curricula, and design onboarding journeys to shorten time to productivity.

You will consult with commercial leaders, measure learning impact, and collaborate with LMS and instructional design teams to ensure training effectiveness and ROI across global client-facing teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in learning and development, sales enablement, or commercial training, preferably in CRO or client-facing services.
• Designing and implementing training programs for experienced, client-facing professionals.
• Strong business acumen and ability to link learning outcomes to commercial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the learning and enablement strategy for the commercial function aligned to growth targets and client satisfaction.
• Build a foundational commercial learning framework with role profiles, paths and content standards.
• Design onboarding journeys and develop role-based curricula for selling skills and product knowledge.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops with engaging methods and measure ROI against commercial metrics.
