Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an Organizational Learning Advisor, Commercial to design and drive the learning strategy for our global commercial teams. You will build a scalable framework, develop role-based curricula, and partner with business leaders to accelerate ramp time, win rates, and client satisfaction through innovative training programs and effective change management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Marketing, HR Management, Education, Life Sciences or related field.
• 5+ years in learning and development, sales enablement, or commercial training.
• Experience consulting with commercial client groups (BD, proposals, marketing, feasibility).
• Ability to build learning programs from scratch and set structure and standards.
• Working knowledge of the commercial lifecycle (lead gen, RFI/RFP, bids, contracts).
• Strong instructional design background and LMS management.
• Experience supporting commercial systems and tools such as CRM and pricing content.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Outstanding communication and facilitation for client-facing audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the learning and enablement strategy for the commercial function aligned to growth targets.
• Build foundational commercial learning framework including competency models and curricula.
• Design onboarding and ramp-up journeys for new commercial hires.
• Develop role-based curricula covering selling skills, RFI/RFP, pricing, and client comms.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops with engaging delivery.
• Foster relationships with commercial leaders and stakeholders to promote learning culture.
• Coordinate change management and onboarding programs for commercial systems and initiatives.
• Conduct needs analysis with commercial stakeholders and measure ROI against metrics.
• Collaborate with instructional design and LMS teams to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
