Job summary

CooperSurgical is seeking an Enterprise Learning & Development Manager to design and deliver an enterprise-wide learning strategy that builds capability beyond any single unit, including Fertility and Surgical divisions. You will lead initiatives that foster customer-facing, operational, and leadership skills through modern methods such as microlearning and AI-enabled coaching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–7 years experience, inclusive of 3+ years in Learning & Development, and 2+ yrs in Sales Enablement, Customer Experience, or related field.
• Experience supporting multiple functions (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Corporate teams).
• Strong facilitation, instructional design, and program management skills.
• Experience leveraging technology and AI in learning environments.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-wide learning strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Build scalable learning ecosystems across commercial, customer service, operational, and leadership excellence.
• Establish learning governance and structured pathways across functions.
• Drive data-driven performance improvement with measurable impact and ROI.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Embed learning into system workflows with IT to drive digital fluency.
