Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an Organizational Learning Advisor, Commercial, to drive the learning and development strategy for the company’s commercial organization. You will partner with leaders to identify capability gaps, build a scalable learning framework, and deliver programs that accelerate ramp time, improve win rates, and enhance client experience.

Qualifications

• Design and implement training programs for experienced, client‑facing professionals.
• Measure training effectiveness and ROI against commercial metrics.
• Consult with commercial stakeholders to identify capability gaps and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the learning and enablement strategy for the commercial function, aligned to growth targets, win rates, and client satisfaction priorities.
• Build the foundational commercial learning framework, including role profiles and learning paths.
• Design onboarding and ramp-up learning journeys to shorten time to productivity.
• Create role-based curricula covering selling skills, RFI/RFP development, and pricing fundamentals.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops with engaging, impactful methods.
• Maintain relationships with commercial leaders and stakeholders to foster continuous learning.
