Propeller is seeking a detail-oriented Order Ops Specialist to support sales operations in a fully remote role. You will generate quotes, maintain HubSpot CRM hygiene, prepare deals, and support order provisioning.

Responsabilités

• Quote Management & Adjustments: Generate, update, and adjust commercial quotes accurately based on deal requirements.
• HubSpot CRM Maintenance: Maintain CRM organization and database hygiene to ensure pipeline data and deal records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Deal Preparation: Prepare deals and documentation for internal review, approval, and closing.
• Commercial Analysis: Apply commercial basics (e.g., margins, revenue rules) to review quote structures and deal terms.
• Order Provisioning: Perform light order provisioning tasks to ensure smooth handoffs and fulfillment.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate asynchronously and synchronously with team members using Slack and Google Workspace.
