Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks an experienced Sales / Revenue / CS Operations Expert to drive CRM configuration and data integrity across revenue workflows in a remote contractor role. You will optimize systems for quoting, billing, ticketing, and project management while ensuring accurate reporting and scalable processes.

The role requires hands-on CRM experience with Salesforce or HubSpot, plus the ability to document processes and support adoption across teams.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations.
Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
Strong operational judgment and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong understanding of data accuracy, reporting, and workflow management.

Responsibilities

Configure and manage CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
