Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Sales / Revenue / CS Operations Expert to optimize CRM workflows and revenue operations across SaaS environments. Remote contractor role focusing on data accuracy, reporting, and process improvements.

You will configure Salesforce or HubSpot, manage quoting and billing tools, and build scalable workflows while ensuring clear documentation and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or CS Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and administration.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong data accuracy, reporting, and workflow management.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Manage revenue tools including quoting, billing, ticketing, and project management systems.
• Build and optimize sales and customer success workflows.
• Maintain accurate data and reporting across connected systems.
• Identify and resolve operational or policy-related challenges.
• Create clear documentation, reports, and process guidelines.
• Support system adoption and operational improvements.
