Job summary

Arctiq: Intelligent Architecture is seeking a Sales Ops Specialist to support Client Directors and their clients with sales and operations activities. You will handle quoting, order booking, and coordination with vendors, distribution, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

The role is hybrid with office time based on regional activities. Candidates should be highly detail oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills, able to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a sales support role within IT.
• Experience working within IT channel.
• University/College diploma/degree is preferred.
• Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team under pressure.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in Hubspot, ConnectWise Sell and Netsuite is a definite asset.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Client Directors to understand customer projects and provide day-to-day support.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations when required.
• Identify and submit opportunity registrations and note vendor rebates; submit claims as needed.
• Build trustworthy relationships with Client Directors and clients.
• Source product from manufacturers and distributors; obtain pricing and lead times.
• Prepare quotations and processing of sales orders per Arctiq guidelines.
