Job summary

Reputable Recruiting, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to manage orders from entry to delivery. You will communicate with dealers and customers via email, update order statuses, and coordinate with logistics and procurement to ensure timely shipments.

The role requires strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivots), experience with CRM/ERP systems, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Some overtime and travel up to 25% are expected.

Qualifications

3–5 years in order administration or related field.
Advanced Excel with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and pivot tables.
Experience in CRM/ERP systems and order/inventory portals.
Bachelor's degree in business-related field preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
Able to travel up to 25% and occasionally work overtime.

Responsibilities

Process orders end to end, from portal entry through confirmation, shipment coordination, and delivery.
Handle dealer and customer inquiries via CRM/ERP system, manage changes through the order portal, and respond by email.
Send proactive status updates, including order outlook communications and shipment confirmations.
Use Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables) and internal reporting tools to track stock and allocation status.
Coordinate with logistics, procurement, Inventory, and Sales Administration to keep orders on track.
Support Dealer Business Plan strategy and RBM collaboration with dealers and customers.
Engage with dealers through the dealer engagement portal and facilitate onboarding.
