Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a senior consultant to lead Oracle Cloud Recruiting implementation and onboarding configuration across client projects in the United States.

You will drive the full delivery lifecycle from requirements to testing, deployment and post‑go‑live support, while facilitating workshops and ensuring seamless integration with technical teams. Remote work with occasional client visits is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5-8+ years of Oracle Cloud Recruiting and Onboarding experience.
• Proven full-cycle implementation expertise and strong client-facing consulting skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud Recruiting, aligning with client objectives.
• Drive delivery from requirements through testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Facilitate client workshops and translate complex requirements into scalable workflows.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and accurate data flows.
