Job summary

Jobgether, a partner company, is seeking an Oracle Cloud Recruitment SME and Lead based in the United States to drive recruitment excellence in a fully remote setting. You will blend deep Oracle Cloud Recruitment expertise with leadership to optimize processes and data integrity.

You will train teams, translate business needs into technical solutions, monitor industry trends, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver measurable value from Oracle Cloud implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, IT, or a related field.
• 7+ years leading recruitment processes with Oracle Cloud Recruitment.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud Recruitment functionalities and modules.
• Strong process improvement, data integrity, and reporting capabilities.
• Experience training teams and advising stakeholders remotely.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment processes aligned with objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as SME for Oracle Cloud Recruitment modules and provide ongoing support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into technical specs and improvements.
• Design and optimize recruitment workflows using Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Conduct data analysis and quality checks to ensure data accuracy.
• Deliver training, documentation, and ongoing support on Oracle Cloud features.
• Monitor Oracle Cloud developments and industry trends for innovation.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure measurable business value.
