Undisclosed is recruiting an experienced Oracle Cloud Recruitment SME and Lead to drive recruitment excellence in a fully remote environment across the United States. You will advise recruitment teams and stakeholders, translating business needs into effective Oracle Cloud solutions.

You will lead processes, oversee modules, and ensure data accuracy through rigorous analysis and quality checks, supporting regulatory alignment and organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in recruitment process management focusing on Oracle Cloud Recruitment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Act as the subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud Recruitment modules, providing guidance and technical support.
• Conduct recruitment data analysis, validation and quality checks to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
