Job summary

IBM Consulting seeks an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud consultant to lead ORC implementations and ongoing client support across the United States. You will engage with clients to define requirements, design configurations, and guide multi-module HCM projects from discovery to go-live.

You will run workshops, perform gap analyses, coordinate testing, and document configurations while working in an onsite/offshore delivery model.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT consulting experience.
• 5+ years of Functional Consulting experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud; implementing lead role.
• Oracle ORC certification is a plus.
• Experience leading implementations and client engagements.
• Experience in onsite/offshore delivery models.
• Strong ability to engage clients and elicit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Consult on HCM Cloud engagements including implementations and support projects relating to ORC modules
• Lead Discovery workshops to define business requirements
• Conduct gap analysis between delivered functionality and client requirements and recommend solutions
• Design, test, deploy business processes and configurations within HCM Cloud modules
• Set up the system to meet the desired business process and requirements
• Develop testing scenarios, test scripts and lead testing teams in unit, integration and acceptance testing
• Understand data touchpoints and integrations associated with the modules you are specialized.
• Document all application setups using provided templates
• Support multiple customers across various HCM engagements
• This role can be performed from anywhere in the US.
