Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM expert to provide freelance support for Oracle Recruiting and Onboarding. This is not a traditional full-time role, but a flexible specialist engagement for an international client.

The consultant will troubleshoot, configure workflows, implement small enhancements, and assist with releases and testing, while communicating in English and aligning with Core HR integrations.

Qualifications

• Several years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
• Hands-on Oracle Recruiting expertise.
• Experience with Oracle Onboarding.
• Experience with bug fixing and feature enhancements.
• Knowledge of Core HR integration.
• Experience with releases and testing.
• Very good English skills.

For a long-term Oracle HCM expert service, we are looking for an experienced Oracle Recruiting & Onboarding Consultant.

We are not looking for a traditional full-time project consultant, but for a specialist who can support an international client with productive issues, troubleshooting and functional improvements on a flexible basis.

Project setup:

• Contract: Freelance
• Location: Remote
• Workload: Flexible assignments based on actual demand with no guaranteed minimum volume

Tasks

• Support for Oracle Recruiting and Onboarding
• Analysis of issues in recruiting and onboarding processes
• Configuration and optimization of existing workflows
• Implementation of smaller enhancements and new features
• Support for candidate and hiring processes
• Root cause analysis
• Support with Oracle releases and testing

Requirements

• Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Recruiting
