Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant to join our US-based team. You will lead large-scale HCM implementations, shape requirements in discovery workshops, and partner with clients to deliver end-to-end configurations in HCM Cloud.

The role emphasizes strong analytical and communication skills, experience in on-site/offshore delivery, and the ability to work remotely from anywhere in the US.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT consulting experience.
• 5+ years of Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementation leadership.
• Certified in ORC considered a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with onsite/offshore delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Consult on HCM Cloud engagements including implementations and support projects.
• Lead Discovery workshops to define business requirements.
• Design, test, deploy business processes and configurations within HCM Cloud modules.
• Set up the system to meet the desired business process and requirements.
• Develop testing scenarios, test scripts and lead testing activities.
• Support multiple customers across various HCM engagements.
• This role can be performed from anywhere in the US.
