Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking an experienced HCM Cloud functional consultant to lead Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementations and related support projects. You will guide discovery workshops, map requirements, and drive gap analyses while coordinating with onsite and offshore teams across multiple US clients.

You will configure and test HCM Cloud modules, ensure data integration touchpoints align with client processes, and document all configurations meticulously.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT consulting experience.
• 5+ years of functional consulting experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
• Certified in ORC is a plus.
• Experience working onsite/offshore model and collaborating with teams.

Responsibilities

• Consult on HCM Cloud engagements including implementations and support projects.
• Lead discovery workshops to define business requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis between delivered functionality and client needs.
• Design, test, and deploy business processes within HCM Cloud modules.
• Set up the system to meet business processes and requirements.
• Develop testing scenarios and lead testing efforts across teams.
• Understand data touchpoints and integrations with the modules.
• Document all application setups using provided templates.
