Job summary

CTG is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant for a 12-month remote assignment. You will implement, configure, and support Oracle Cloud HCM, covering Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, and HCM Security, across the project lifecycle.

You will lead requirements gathering, process and functional design, testing, and production support, delivering solutions aligned to business needs and demonstrated to stakeholders with confident, client-facing consultation.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and configuring Oracle Cloud HCM with emphasis on Core HR, Recruiting and Onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of HCM Security and access controls.
• Ability to lead requirements gathering, process design and functional design, testing and deployment.
