Job summary

CTG is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant for our client. The role is remote for a 12-month engagement, with a base hourly rate between $80 and $85 and a comprehensive benefits package.

The candidate will implement, configure, and support Oracle Cloud HCM, including Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, and HCM Security, while leading requirements, design, testing, and production support across the project lifecycle. Excellent English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience implementing, configuring and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Support Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, and HCM Security.
• Lead requirements, process design, functional design, testing, and production support.
• Configure and demonstrate Oracle HCM solutions aligned to business requirements.
