Apex IT is seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR Consultant to lead Core HR implementations and support payroll alignment. Remote or on-site work is available across the US, with opportunities to guide business transformations and mentor teams.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of Oracle Cloud HCM experience, strong Global HR knowledge, and proven client workshop leadership. Strong communication and project leadership are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of Oracle Cloud HCM consulting experience.
Strong Global HR and payroll knowledge.
Experience leading client workshops and guiding requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR implementations from discovery through post-production support.
Design and configure Core HR solutions including Enterprise Structures and Jobs/Positions.
Coordinate with payroll to align HR data, validation, and compliance.
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and provide strategic Oracle best practices.
Mentor junior consultants and oversee project deliverables.
