Job summary

Apex IT is seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR Consultant to lead global HR transformations. You will architect Core HR solutions, drive workshops, and ensure payroll alignment across regions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Oracle Cloud HCM consulting, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on configuration experience, with mentorship for junior consultants and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Oracle Cloud HCM consulting experience and global HR knowledge.
• Experience leading client workshops and stakeholder management.
• Strong configuration and design capabilities in Core HR and Payroll.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Oracle Cloud Global HR Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR implementations from discovery through go-live.
• Serve as the primary functional lead for Global HR solutions and Payroll alignment.
• Design and configure complex Core HR solutions including enterprise structures, jobs, positions, and lifecycle events.
• Facilitate workshops, provide strategic recommendations, and mentor junior consultants.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reporting, HDL, and HCM Extracts.
