Apex IT is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Principal Consultant to lead Core HR implementations, defining business requirements, guiding solution design, and configuring Oracle Cloud HR to support HR operations and administration.

The Principal Consultant collaborates with project leadership, technical teams, and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption of best practices across engagements. Travel to client sites is required; remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Strong background in consulting and client-facing projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud HCM configurations.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship and align project direction with stakeholders.
• Lead Core HR design workshops and discovery sessions.
• Translate requirements into Oracle Cloud HCM configurations and work with architects.
• Provide functional leadership and mentorship to project team members.
