Job summary

CTG is seeking a remote US-based Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll specialist to lead end-to-end implementations from discovery through hypercare. You will gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analyses, design solutions, configure elements, test, migrate data, and perform cutover activities.

You will integrate Payroll with Global HR and other Oracle modules, run client workshops, and provide risk assessments and recommendations. Strong consulting and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing and configuring Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll.
• Full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementation experience preferred.
• Experience with payroll processes, compliance, integrations, testing, and client workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations from discovery through hypercare.
• Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, and cutover.
• Configure payroll elements, balances, Fast Formulas, costing, payment methods and legislative requirements.
• Integrate Payroll with Global HR, Absence Management, Oracle Time and Labor, Benefits, Compensation and Financials/GL.
• Lead client workshops and translate business requirements into Oracle HCM solutions.
• Provide status, risks, and recommendations to project/engagement managers.
• Advise clients on Oracle HCM best practices and process improvements.
