Job summary

CTG, a Cegeka company, seeks an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Consultant to lead end-to-end payroll implementations from discovery to hypercare in a remote capacity for US-based teams.

You will manage requirements, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, testing, data migration, and cutover while coordinating with Global HR, ABS, OTL, Benefits, and Financials/GL integrations. Strong client engagement and advisory skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing and configuring Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll.
• Full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementation experience preferred.
• Experience with payroll business processes, legislative compliance, integrations, testing, and client workshops.
• Strong consulting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations from discovery through hypercare.
• Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, and parallel payroll testing.
• Configure payroll elements, balances, Fast Formulas, costing, payment methods, and legislative requirements.
• Integrate Payroll with Global HR, Absence Management, Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), Benefits, Compensation, and Financials/GL integration.
• Lead client workshops and translate business requirements into effective Oracle HCM solutions.
• Provide status, risks, and recommendations to project/engagement managers.
• Advise clients on Oracle HCM best practices and process improvements.
