Maximus is seeking an OPS Supervisor to support the OPM - FEHB program in a fully remote capacity. You will assign daily work items, monitor performance, and collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate completion.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience, familiarity with eligibility or benefits verification, and experience handling PII. Maximus offers comprehensive benefits and accommodates remote workers with a supportive environment.

• Experience processing eligibility or benefits verification cases.
• Familiarity with vital records and court documents.
• Experience with mailroom and imaging operations.
• Experience supervising work that handles PII.

Responsabilidades

• Assign day-to-day work items.
• Monitor employee performance for compliance with SLA.
• Lead, coach, train, and counsel direct reports.
• Research and respond to escalated inquiries in a timely, professional way.
• Produce weekly/monthly reports for staff.
