Maximus is seeking an OPS Supervisor to support our OPM - FEHB program. This is a fully remote role for a U.S. citizen, with equipment provided and the ability to pass a federal background check.

A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related experience are required, including eligibility processing and handling PII in a compliant environment. Responsibilities include assigning daily work, monitoring SLA adherence, collaborating with other departments, coaching staff, and delivering regular

• Experience processing eligibility or benefits verification cases.
• Familiarity with vital records and court documents.
• Experience with mailroom and imaging operations.
• Experience supervising work that handles PII.

• Assign day-to-day work items.
• Monitor employee performance for compliance with SLA.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely, accurate work.
• Lead, coach, train, and counsel direct reports.
• Respond to escalated inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Produce weekly/monthly reports for staff review.
