Job summary

Maximus is seeking an OPS Supervisor to support our OPM - FEHB program in a fully remote role. The position requires US citizenship and the ability to pass a federal background check, with remote equipment provided and contract award contingent.

Responsibilities include directing day-to-day work, monitoring SLA compliance, coordinating with other departments, coaching staff, handling escalated inquiries, and producing performance reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 3+ years of professional experience required.
• Experience processing eligibility or benefits verification cases.
• Familiarity with vital records and court documents.
• Experience with mailroom and imaging operations.
• Experience supervising work that handles PII.

Responsibilities

• Assign day-to-day work items.
• Monitor employee performance for SLA compliance.
• Work closely with other functional departments to ensure all work is completed timely and accurately.
• Lead, coach, train, and counsel direct reports.
• Research and respond to escalated inquiries and requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Produce weekly/monthly reports to be presented to staff.
