Responsabilidades

• Assign day-to-day work items and manage workflow.
• Monitor staff performance against established SLA and compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely, accurate completion of work.
• Lead, coach, train, and counsel direct reports.
• Respond to escalated inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Produce weekly/monthly reports for staff review.
