Maximus is seeking an OPS Supervisor to support our OPM - FEHB program. This fully remote role requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to pass a federal background check.

Equipment will be provided and remote setup must meet specified requirements. Responsibilities include assigning daily tasks, monitoring performance against SLA, coordinating with departments, coaching staff, and producing regular reports.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience in related roles.
• Experience processing eligibility or benefits verification cases.
• Familiarity with vital records and court documents.
• Experience with mailroom and imaging operations.
• Experience supervising work that handles PII.

Responsabilidades

• Assign day-to-day work items to staff.
• Monitor employee performance for SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely, accurate work.
• Lead, coach, train, and counsel direct reports.
• Respond to escalated inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports for leadership.
