LifeStance Health Inc. is seeking a Lead, Operations Strategy - Specialty Services Implementation to drive new service line implementations nationwide.

You will collaborate with clinicians, operations, and corporate teams to design, launch, and optimize programs that improve patient care and clinician experience. The role requires strong project management, stakeholder influence, and healthcare operations know-how.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent healthcare leadership experience.
• 3+ years of healthcare experience with at least 1 year in leadership/management.
• Experience collaborating with clinical and operational teams to design and implement programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of new service lines across the organization.
• Develop scalable playbooks for launching national programs at site level.
• Provide SME expertise to internal partners for successful implementation and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and areas for improvement.
• Report KPIs, root causes, and action plans for program performance.
• Lead cross-functional project plans to drive changes in service line launches.
