Job summary

CCS Medical is seeking a Manager, Operations Initiatives & Execution to drive a portfolio of transformational programs from intake to implementation. The role partners with sponsors, coordinates across departments, and communicates outcomes, risks, and progress to executives.

You will lead a coordinator and ensure readiness and continuous improvement post-implementation. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in complex operations programs, strong analytical skills, and the ability to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Analytics, or related field.
Minimum 5 years leading complex business initiatives with cross-functional teams.
Experience with technology-enabled transformation and workflow redesign.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.

Responsibilities

Lead a portfolio of operational transformation initiatives from intake through implementation.
Coordinate across departments to drive adoption and measure outcomes.
Provide executive updates and communication on risks and progress.
Develop and coach the Operations Initiatives & Execution Coordinator.
Ensure regulatory requirements and data privacy guidelines are followed.
