LifeStance Health is seeking a Lead, Operations Strategy - Specialty Services Implementation to develop and roll out new service lines nationwide, improving clinician and patient experiences. You will drive growth, streamline processes, and lead cross-functional initiatives with Technology, People, Finance, Clinical Leadership and Shared Services.

Qualifikationen

• Microsoft Office experience; Excel pivot tables and formulas.
• Strong stakeholder management and influence skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; handle sensitive information.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and become a subject matter expert.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail; PM software experience a plus.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Aufgaben

• Drive implementation of new service lines with local teams.
• Develop scalable, repeatable playbooks for launching national programs.
• Provide SME to internal partners for successful program launches.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and improvements.
• Report KPIs, root causes, and action plans for improvement.
• Analyze current practices to identify weaknesses and opportunities for enhancement.
• Develop cross-functional project plans to drive service line launches and performance.
• Lead the development of training content (live, asynchronous Workday trainings).
• Organize and manage Specialty Services projects aligned with goals.
• Liaise between departments to communicate about initiatives.
