Responsibilities

• Directs clinical and administrative operations across assigned care locations to ensure consistent execution of priorities.
• Establishes operational plans and performance expectations with service line leadership.
• Monitors operating budgets, performance indicators, and takes corrective actions.
• Drives integration across care settings to improve access, capacity, and growth.
• Provides leadership to managers and supervisors with coaching and performance management.
• Partners with clinician leadership to align operational execution with clinical priorities.
