Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Lead, Operations Strategy - Specialty Services Implementation to drive the rollout of new service lines across the country. You will work across Technology, People, Finance, Clinical Leadership and Shared Services to ensure successful program launches.

In this role you will influence stakeholders, manage complex projects, and develop training content to enable scale. Strong MS Office skills and healthcare leadership experience are required for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years healthcare experience, with leadership or management preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills with ability to handle confidential information.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive implementation of new service lines nationwide.
• Lead cross-functional teams including shared services and corporate support.
• Develop scalable, repeatable playbooks for program launches.
• Provide SME support to internal partners for specialty services.
• Identify and address training needs across Specialty Services.
• Report KPIs, root causes, and action plans for improvement.
• Analyze current practices and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop cross-functional project plans for service launches.
• Create training content (live & async Workday trainings).
• Organize Specialty Services projects and ensure alignment with goals.
