Job summary

LifeStance Health in the United States seeks a Strategic Partnerships Executive to develop executive-level relationships with leaders of healthcare organizations and drive behavioral health referrals to LifeStance.

Reporting to the SVP, Corporate and Business Development, you will work with regional leadership to grow our referral base and shape national go-to-market initiatives while delivering results in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare or related field.
• 5+ years sales or business development experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience selling to health systems or medical practices is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office; data-driven with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create standardized referral relationships with healthcare providers and payors.
• Develop a national strategy with senior leaders to grow referrals.
• Navigate leadership across corporate and local levels to standardize processes.
• Build long-term relationships that improve healthcare delivery.
• Collaborate with marketing to create collateral and campaigns.
• Assist in go-to-market strategy adaptation as needed.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform decisions.
• Arrange educational opportunities with clinical leadership for referrals.
• Maintain CRM and drive improvements in data tracking.
• Partner with Insights to design reporting on business needs and performance.
