Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Practice Group Manager to provide direction, coaching, and support to team members and clinicians in assigned offices. You will monitor workflows, clinician/patient satisfaction, and performance metrics to meet clinical, operational, and financial goals in cooperation with leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of healthcare leadership OR 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience.
• Strong Excel skills and Microsoft Office experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized and detail oriented.
