Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Lead, Operations Strategy - Specialty Services Implementation to drive new service lines nationwide. You will lead cross-functional teams, create scalable playbooks, and ensure effective rollout of programs that enhance clinician and patient experiences.

You will collaborate with Technology, People, Finance, Clinical Leadership and Shared Services to deliver strategic initiatives, monitor KPIs, and train staff through live sessions and Workday modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of healthcare experience required, with at least 1 year of healthcare leadership or management experience preferred.
• Experience at a high-growth company is a plus.
• Experience collaborating with clinical and operational teams to design and implement programs.
• Proven track record in managing EHR systems, billing, coding, and compliance processes to streamline operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of new service lines across the organization.
• Execute, document and optimize scalable playbooks for launching national programs.
• Provide subject matter expertise to internal partners for successful implementation.
• Identify training needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Report KPIs, root causes, and action plans to management.
• Develop cross-functional project plans to drive serviceLine launches and performance.
• Create training content (live meetings, Workday trainings, etc.).
• Organize and manage Specialty Services projects ensuring alignment with goals.
• Coordinate between departments for effective communication of initiatives.
