Job summary

Connections Health Solutions seeks an Operations Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional healthcare operations initiatives within its crisis care network. The role is fully remote across the United States, coordinating with clinical, IT, and vendor partners to move initiatives from intake to close.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change, while providing concise leadership reporting and maintaining PMO standards, templates, and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in project coordination or PMO roles, preferably in healthcare/behavioral health.
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Strong documentation, trackers, schedules, and meeting notes.
• Proficiency with PM tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com) and reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple initiatives from planning through implementation with internal and vendor teams.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with milestones, timelines, and resources.
• Maintain project documentation, action logs, and status trackers.
• Support the build and maturation of a new PMO and drive process improvements.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
• Manage scope and change control and secure approvals for timeline/cost changes.
