Job summary

Affirm is seeking an Operations Enablement leader to drive scalable, compliant servicing experiences across our Operations organization. You will define program roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and ensure operational readiness aligned to strategic priorities.

We look for a hands-on, data-driven leader with Lean Six Sigma, change management, and experience in regulated environments. This remote-first role collaborates with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and external vendors

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or product operations experience.
• Proven ability to set strategy and deliver measurable impact across efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.
• Lean Six Sigma, project/program management, and change management experience (Black Belt, PMP, or Prosci preferred).
• Experience implementing knowledge management and training tools (Salesforce, Confluence, LMS, AI-driven tools).
• Background in regulated industries (financial services/fintech) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own complex cross-functional programs and initiatives aligned with servicing strategy and OKRs.
• Define and execute the servicing strategy with clear roadmaps and execution plans.
• Lead enterprise-wide improvements using Lean Six Sigma and change management to boost efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to create manuals and resources for human and AI agents.
• Architect and evolve the knowledge ecosystem (SOPs, learning platforms, AI tools) and ensure accessibility at scale.
• Oversee design and delivery of training programs with measurement and feedback loops.
• Anticipate operational needs tied to product launches and regulatory changes.
• Use metrics and dashboards to assess workflows, adoption, and localization quality.
• Influence senior leadership decisions and partner at scale with executives and vendors.
• Lead a high-performing ecosystem with augmented staff and contractors.
