Job summary

Affirm is seeking an Operations Enablement leader to drive scalable, compliant servicing experiences. You will set the vision for operational readiness, align people, processes, and enablement systems with our servicing strategy, and own cross‑functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Compliance, and vendors.

You will deliver program roadmaps, measure outcomes, and ensure readiness for regulatory changes while partnering with executives to drive efficiency, learning, and high-quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management or product operations.
• Proven track record of setting strategy and delivering impact across efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or Prosci is preferred.
• Experience implementing and scaling knowledge management and training tools (Salesforce, Confluence, LMS, or AI-driven tools).
• Background in regulated industries (fintech or consumer lending preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional programs and initiatives aligned to servicing strategy and OKRs.
• Define and execute servicing roadmaps with KPIs, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead transformation initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, change management, and data-driven methods.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to create manuals and resources for human and AI agents.
• Develop and evolve the knowledge ecosystem: SOPs, learning platforms, and AI-enabled tools.
• Translate technical concepts into actionable resources for teams and AI agents.
• Oversee design and delivery of training programs with measurement and feedback loops.
• Ensure readiness for product launches, expansions, and regulatory changes.
• Use dashboards and qualitative feedback to improve workflows and inform leadership.
• Coach and coach augmented staff and vendors to deliver high-quality content and learning experiences.
• Execute change management at scale across global teams.
• Expand program scope to cover adjacent domains as needed.
