Job summary

Affirm seeks an Operations Enablement leader to scale compliant servicing experiences. You will define program roadmaps, coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Compliance, and drive measurable outcomes across the Operations organization. This is a data-driven, hands-on leadership role in a regulated environment.

You will manage training, knowledge management, and change initiatives to ensure readiness for product launches and regulatory changes while aligning with company goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in program management, product operations, or large-scale global operations.
• Strategy setting with measurable impact on efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.
• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, project/program management, and change management.
• Experience implementing and scaling knowledge management and training tools.
• Background in regulated industries (financial services, fintech, or consumer lending).
• Strong influencing, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with focus on outcomes and improvements.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Own Program Performance: Lead cross-functional programs aligned to servicing strategy and OKRs.
• Set Strategic Direction: Develop roadmaps, track KPIs, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead Transformation Initiatives: Drive improvements with Lean Six Sigma and change management.
• Build Technical Resources: Translate concepts into manuals for humans and AI agents.
• Elevate Knowledge Management: Evolve SOPs, learning platforms, and AI tools.
• Translate Technical Concepts: Create clear operational content for humans and AI.
