Job summary

Affirm is seeking an Operations Enablement leader to scale servicing experiences and ensure regulatory readiness across the Operations organization. You will define and execute strategies, roadmaps, and enablement programs to grow capabilities while maintaining high customer and merchant outcomes.

The role partners with Product, Engineering, Compliance and external vendors to translate strategy into scalable resources for humans and AI agents, with emphasis on change management, SOPs, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or product operations experience.
• Experience in regulated environments (financial services/fintech preferred).
• Lean Six Sigma, PMP/Prosci certification preferred.
• Experience implementing and scaling knowledge management and training systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional programs aligned to servicing strategy and OKRs.
• Define program roadmaps, manage timelines, budgets and KPIs.
• Drive Lean Six Sigma, change management, and data‑driven improvements.
